1. About the Service

FarmPoster is a social media management platform that enables users to connect multiple social media accounts, create, schedule, publish, and analyze content from one interface.

The platform integrates with official APIs provided by supported social media platforms, including TikTok.

FarmPoster is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or any other supported social media platform unless expressly stated.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the terms and policies of every connected social media platform.

3. Connected Accounts

You may connect your social media accounts using official authentication methods such as OAuth (including TikTok Login Kit).

By connecting an account, you authorize FarmPoster to access only the permissions you explicitly grant.

You may disconnect your accounts or revoke permissions at any time through either:

• your account settings within the Service; or
• the privacy or security settings of the respective social media platform.

4. Publishing Content

Our Service allows you to:

• draft content;
• schedule future publications;
• publish content using official platform APIs;
• receive publishing status updates through platform webhooks;
• manage multiple connected social media accounts.

Before any content is submitted to a platform, you remain responsible for reviewing and approving it.

You represent that:

• you own or have the necessary rights to publish the content;
• the content complies with applicable laws;
• the content complies with each platform’s Community Guidelines, Terms of Service, and API policies.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• automate spam or deceptive behavior;
• impersonate another person or organization;
• publish unlawful, infringing, misleading, or harmful content;
• circumvent platform rate limits or security measures;
• attempt to obtain unauthorized access to third-party accounts;
• use the Service in violation of TikTok Developer Policies or any supported platform’s developer requirements.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Features available through the Service depend on third-party platforms.

If TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube, or another provider changes or removes an API, we may modify or discontinue related functionality without liability.

7. Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Scheduled posts may occasionally fail because of:

• API limitations;
• revoked permissions;
• expired authentication tokens;
• media validation errors;
• outages affecting third-party platforms.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service remain the property of Darby Altard.

You retain ownership of the content you upload.

You grant us a limited license to process, store, transmit, and publish your content solely for providing the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Darby Altard is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service or from failures of third-party social media platforms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

11. Changes

These Terms may be updated periodically.

Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
